If a returned item fails to meet these requirements, then we reserve the right to refuse their return.
When returning an item for a refund:
- Refunds exclude our cost of shipping which we paid to deliver the box to you (£7.50 per box to UK Mainland, £15 per box to Highlands and Islands)
- Return shipping is to be covered by the customer entirely.
We do not offer an exchange service
How to return?
Please email support@kibbleuk.co.uk with your order number and details of why you wish to return the item(s) We will then confirm the address to return the parcel to.
Refused deliveries
If you refuse the delivery of your order, you are still responsible for covering the return shipping fee of the refused delivery. It is £7.50 per box to UK Mainland, £15 per box to Highlands and Islands.
